WOD POSTING….

Until further notice, we’re adopting the no posting of WODs model…most likely just through the winter when it’s so easy to cherry pick!  So….how will you prepare for the WOD?!  Get a WOD bag and bring it every time…here’s what it may contain:

  • Wrist wraps
  • Speed rope
  • Long socks
  • Running Shoes
  • Oly shoes
  • Strapping tape
  • Anything else specific to you (tena pads, knee wraps, weightlifting belt etc)
