ON-RAMP
WHAT: This is our Introduction to CrossFit Course for beginner members that are 13+ years old.
WHY: To get started with us an ‘On-Ramp’ course, which focuses on technique training, must be completed by new members to ensure you are familiar with the foundation movements of CrossFit.
WHO: This course applies to those who wish to sign up on either an Adult Membership or a Teen Membership.
WHEN: For most new members this course is run as 3 sessions over a one week period. Class times are typically Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thurday from 7.30 – 8.30pm but participants can arrange set times with a coach. For adults (18 and over), you may have a free week of membership to participate in three sessions of your choice following the completion of the On-Ramp!
COST: $90 for 3 sessions
HOW: You must book ahead of time to complete your On-Ramp course with us. See contact details below.
