WHAT: This class focuses on Olympic Weightlifting technique and accessory strength work.
Classes consist of working technique and strength for the following movements: Snatch, Clean, Split Jerk, Clean/Snatch Pulls, Front/Back Squats, Core Work etc
WHEN: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30 – 7.30pm

HOW: To get involved in these classes you must complete our CrossFit On-Ramp Course or One on One coaches to get up to speed on the technique of each movement. For more information please CLICK HERE.

OPEN GYM
WHAT: These classes gives our members an opportunity to focus on their weaknesses with help from a coach.

ONE ON ONE COACHING
WHAT: A focused one on one coaching session can be extremely helpful and can often hold that moment of breakthrough where things just ‘click’ into place. If there is an area of your CrossFit game that needs some focused attention then a One on One Session is for you. There are a number of high skill movements like the olympic lifts or gymnastics movements like handstand push ups and ring muscle ups that require a ton of technique work. A One on One Session provides this focused environment for you where you can make some rapid improvements.
COST: Cost varies per coach and duration of the session
